T/Detective Chief Superintendent Andrew Gould is the National Cybercrime Programme Lead for the UK’s National Police Chiefs’ Council, responsible for developing the police response to cybercrime at the national, regional and local level. Prior to this, Andrew Gould was Deputy Head of FALCON, (Fraud & Linked Crime ONline), the London Metropolitan Police’s response to cybercrime and fraud from 2014-2017, including heading the Cybercrime Unit. He also ran a team delivering cybercrime prevention advice to businesses and supporting companies to develop effective cyber incident response plans and exercising. Previously he worked in counter terrorism at New Scotland Yard leading counter terrorism investigations and operations in the UK and abroad. Andrew is a Certified Information Systems Security Practitioner (CISSP) and accredited in Certified Information Security Management Principles (CISMP).
