Aidan Peppin is a Researcher at the Ada Lovelace Institute, an independent research institute and deliberative body with a mission to ensure data and AI work for everyone. Aidan’s work brings public voice and socio-cultural perspectives to debates around the ethical and social implications of data-driven technology - from the fair use of health data, to the deep concerns surrounding biometric surveillance technologies. Before joining Ada, Aidan worked at Wellcome on the ethics of AI in health. Aidan holds an MSc in Sociology from the London School of Economics.
